BOULDER
Bouldering is climbing on artificial walls or boulders always at the height of the jump. You try to decipher the movement sequences to climb the wall. You try to decipher the movements to reach the top. It requires not only strength but also mobility, dynamics and brains. Freedom from ropes allows for more acrobatic movements than in conventional rope climbing.

LEAD KLETTERN
The aim of sport climbing is to climb a wall from bottom to top to the end of the route under your own power and without technical aids. The protection by hooks allows a pure focus on the difficulty. The climbing routes differ at the competitions by the route construction and the grips. The fingers are used to hold different grip shapes such as holes or sharp edges. Furthermore the steepness can vary. There are slabs, vertical walls, roof climbing and cracks.

SPEED
Speed climbing is the sprint discipline in competition with a 15 m standardized route. In the KO-system the competitors compete in parallel. Together with the other two disciplines, bouldering and lead, the Olympic format is a combined evaluation of all three disciplines.​

ICE CLIMBING
Ice climbing is similar to sport climbing, you simply move along ice falls or artificial ice walls with "For me, ice climbing is a balance to my everyday training. It is also a further challenge that is a lot of fun and at the same time I can gain more competition experience.
